Long distance trips requiring us to run empty to the pickup location or on the way back, will be charged at the cost for fuel and tolls plus $ 75.00 per hour. Trip with the horse is priced at $1.75 per mile for 1 horse, $ 1.50 per mile for 2 horses and $ 1.00 per mile for 3 horses.

The Owner intends for the Equine Care Provider to undertake the barn care, horse sitting, feeding and/or cleaning of the horse listed and to provide other incidental services according to terms and conditions set forth in the Equine and Farm Care Service Agreement and Release of Liability. This Disclaimer/Warning will serve as liability release on the part of Owner. The horse shall be free from transmissible disease and must be effectively wormed, and current on immunizations for tetanus, rabies and negative on Coggins test. Equine Care Provider reserves the right to refuse the continuation of care services of any horses for any reasons, to include but not limited to: horse's poor health or unsoundness, dangerous propensities, and/or bad habits and/or vices condition which Equine Care Provider may not be equipped or capable to handle. Routine horse care costs shall be borne by Owner. Furthermore, Owner shall pay all expenses related to horse illness or injury. Equine Care Provider will exercise reasonable care for the protection of the horse and shall care for the horse to the best of his ability. Owner agrees to maintain personal liability insurance on the horse. Under Florida Law, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for an injury to, or the death of, a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: Horse feeding and barn care services require a $25.00 minimum deposit. A millage surcharge for distances over 25 miles from origin to client destination will apply at the rate of .75/mile plus tolls. Feeding services is done between the hours of 7:00am and 10:00am for AM feeding; 4:00pm and 7:00pm for PM feeding; and, 12:00pm and 2:00pm for lunch feeding. Additional charge may apply for cleaning services if stall or barn is dirty beyond normal and will be charged to horse owner at the rate of $25.00/hr. STABLEPROS cannot guaranty a set time for feeding. Exercising & Training services require good footing and 3 month training agreement. 1st & last month required upon starting training, renewable on a monthly basis. First aid equipment, accessories and supplies are property of STABLEPROS. Initial visit for First Aid Services included. A $15.00 travel time charge will be assessed if service is not requested upon visit. A $25.00 travel time charge applies for night time and holiday emergency visit. Weekend Services (SAT/SUN): Add $5.00/horse/day; not exceeding $30.00. Holiday Services: Add $10.00/horse/day; not exceeding $60.00. A $25.00 late charge applies for past due billing after five (5) days from service starting date. There will be a $25.00 charge plus bank charges on all returned checks.
SERVICE CHANGES: If you need to request additional services for same service period. A new Invoice/Statement will be issued. You may add more services. A $10.00 processing fee applies for changes made to current order reducing billable amount.
CANCELLATION OF SERVICE: You may cancel your current equine care service order in writing, via e-mail stablepro@hotmail.com at any time. NO CANCELLATION WITHIN 48 HRS PRIOR SERVICE DATE. A CANCELLATION FEE OF $50.00 WILL APPLY FOR CANCELLATION MADE DURING THE 48 HRS PRIOR SERVICE DATE. FULL AMOUNT DUE FOR CANCELLATION AT TIME OF SERVICE.
PAYMENTS: PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL IN CASH PRIOR STARTING SERVICE (For first time customers or one time service request).
