STABLE PROS

The services offered by STABLEPROS™ Consulting do not really fit into a structured, predetermined hourly service fee. Each client is unique, and we will work with you to create a consulting package designed to meet your needs and your budget. We can work together to determine whether your consulting fees should be project based or based on allocated time.

Assisting you in finding the right horse to purchase is an example of a consulting package based on time allocation. The fee would depend on how many hours a week you want allocated to the search and how much responsibility you want to put in our hands. We can simply do the research and provide you with a list of possibilities, or we can travel to the horses, make personal recommendations, schedule pre-purchase exams, perform written appraisals, arrange for trial periods, insurance and transportation, and find the right barn for you to board your new horse. We absolutely DO NOT charge a commission or make money based the price you pay for the horse, so we will never pressure you to buy the most expensive horse for the wrong reason.

On the other hand, designing a pasture, a barn, or a riding arena may be considered a project based consulting package. The fee would still be dependent on the amount of our involvement, the level of our responsibility, and the complexity of the project; however this type of consulting project has a predetermined timeframe. Where as, finding the perfect horse within your budget may take one month or it may take twelve months.

Your initial consultation with STABLEPROS™ Consulting is always FREE. Depending on your location and your availability, this can be a conversation over the phone or a meeting in person. We use this time to discuss what your goals are and to determine how we can help you reach those goals. We will discuss your expectations, your budget, the amount of involvement you expect, and the timeframe in which you want to try to meet your goals. If we agree that STABLEPROS™ Consulting can help you reach your goals, then, within one to five business days, you will receive a written estimate containing the high level details, the responsibility levels, the timeframe, and the cost. So, with no money out of your pocket, you now have a consulting package and pricing structure designed for you!
